To secure Inca Trail Permits with the Institute of National Culture (INC) please complete the Reservation Form (we will also email this to you) and note the following important information:
1) Full Passport Details of ALL Travelers, i.e. Full Names / Passport No /Nationality / Date of Birth. This is a requirement of the INC and without these details no reservation can be made.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION : PASSPORTS
It is very important that the details you supply us with are correct and are the same details that you will be traveling with at the time of your trek departure. If you change your passport after we have purchased your permits we need to be informed immediately in order to submit your new details to the Authorities. We require you to send us a scanned copy of the front page of your old and new passport. Without this we are not able to make any changes to your details and you will not be able to enter the Inca Trail. Kindly note that an admin fee of $6 per change is required to undertake the administration with the Authorities. Payment is payable in cash in Cusco at your pre-briefing.
2) Deposits required to secure your Inca Trail permits
US$300 per person
US$85 per person if including Huaynapicchu or Machupicchu Mountain entrance/s

3) Discounts
Children– 1 to 17yrs of age : US$ 30 (copy of passport front page required for discount to apply)
4) Payment
Your balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your departure date on the trail via Paypal. We will provide you with an Invoice at the time of making your reservation with us and all details pertaining to your booking will be therein. We will send out a reminder email for balance payments ahead of due dates. Failure to pay your balance in time could result in your tour being cancelled.
